Details

The EZ Curl Bar is an excellent piece of equipment that can be added to any training routine. Perform a variety of upper body exercises while effectively targeting your muscles at different angles. Each angle on the EZ Curl Bar provides a comfortable grip that's easy on the wrists. Knurling at both ends ensure a firm grip so you can focus on form.

The sleeves measure 2 inches in diameter to firmly fit Olympic plates and the loadable sleeve length is 6.75". Each bar weighs 22 pounds without collars.
