Details

The Farmers Walk Handles are great for developing powerful legs and hips, strengthening the core, creating a strong and stable back, as well as your grip strength. Standard barbell collars may not work on this specialty bar. We recommend using the adjustable collars included with purchase.

- 12" for loadable space; 23 3/4" in between the sleeves
