Made with 7-gauge and 11-gauge steel for maximum stability, the FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench is the latest in the evolution of Get RX’d weight benches. It’s packed with more features than previous versions of adjustable benches and is the perfect addition for serious athletes who are looking to get the most out of their training. The ability to store vertically, add a leg roller attachment for decline exercises, added stability, and ability to add dumbbell holders sets this bench apart from the rest. We used the same steel throughout the frame as our Get RX'd Titan Rig series to build our most stable benches that are able to withstand loads upwards of 1,000 pounds.
The bench pad is made with ultra-high density, fully recycled foam that won’t compress and lasts longer. An upgraded non-slip cover provides the extra grip you need for heavy bench days.
There are endless options for using the FIDAB-2 thanks to the various adjustments that can be made as well as the attachments you can use. There are 4x seat positions and 7x back positions: 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 85 degrees. A separate Leg Roller Attachment allows you to use the bench in a decline position. Add a Dumbbell Rack for quick access to dumbbells and storage.
We’ve paid close attention to the details and added nylon protection in the seat and back ladder areas to limit metal to metal contact. The wheels are protected by steel guards to minimize wear from heavy use.
