The Heavy Duty Flat and Incline Bench features (8) inclining positions ranging from flat to approximately 90 degrees. This heavy duty bench has more steel than any other bench that we currently produce making it perfect for the heaviest of loads. The seat has 3 different angles to give you a more versatile and comfortable experience. The pad sits off the ground 18 inches making this bench low enough for every athlete to be comfortable while being able to maximize leg drive for all pressing movements. We've made a few upgrades to this bench bettering the overall experience. Upgrades include an ergonomic handle, large wheels, and rubber coating over the feet of the bench to prevent shifting during maximal lifts. An upgraded seat cover gives the bench extra grip for a non-slip surface.
