Landmine exercises allow you to perform a variety of traditional and even nonconventional exercises with less safety risks than barbell movements. The Landmine Padded Grip features a powder-coated steel ball with a diameter of 2.5” for a comfortable yet firm grip. A removable foam pad provides a layer of comfort and protection when the mace is positioned over the shoulder. Secure your barbell to a landmine and then attach the Landmine Padded Grip to the other end of the bar to perform a variety of movements safely and comfortably with light to heavy loads. For use with standard 2” Olympic barbells.
