The angled handles reduce stress on the wrists for a more comfortable and natural grip. The Multi-Grip Bar is also perfect for those seeking to add variety to their training program. Rackable on J-Cups/bar holders.

IMPORTANT: Standard barbell collars may not work on this specialty bar. We recommend using the adjustable collars included with purchase.
