Assembly Tools:
• Titan Rig – ¾ Ratchet + 10mm Allen Wrench
• Anchoring for either Rigs: Rotary Hammer or Hammer Drill with a 5/8th drill bit
• Pull-Up Bars and CrossBars are 1080mm length (4') or 1800mm length (6')
• Wall Mount holes: 13mm diameter
• Floor Anchor Upright Holes: 5/8"
The holes of the uprights where pull-up bars bolt into are offset. If you are using the upper-most holes on one upright, then you should use the upper-most hole on the connecting upright as well. Examine the uprights and make sure that you are lining up the correct holes for each pull-up bar.
Tighten like you would a Tire:
Do not tighten the nuts and bolts flush until the end of the assembly. You should leave everything loose until everything is lined up and pieces are put together. When the Rig is assembled with the bolts/nuts still loose, go back and tighten all nuts and bolts by starting from middle section of rig and work your way outwards.
If you are assembling Elevation Ramps or Height Extensions to your rig:
Start with the tallest section of the Rig:
Install the extension tube/height extensions (EUT) into the upright first
Second, work on areas that connect crossbar-to-upright-to-ramps. Ramps can share the top hole with square crossbars.
When installing crossbar-to-upright-to-ramp sections, feed the bolt through the crossbar, then through the upright, then screw the bolt into the ramp.
Once you install the extensions and configure crossbar-to-upright-to-ramp sections, you can start connecting the middle of your rig with pull-up bars or monkey bars. We suggest only hand tightening bolts and nuts until the entire structure is configured. Once entire unit is configured, you can go back and tighten everything down!

Anchoring the Rig will be the last step of the process. Once you’ve found the ideal location for the Rig, you’ll then be able to use the anchors provided to anchor the Rig to the ground.
You’ll need to purchase a 5/8” drill bit to drill the appropriate size hole for the anchor
Rotary Hammers/Hammer Drills can be rented from your local hardware store.
