Landmines are highly versatile and make it possible to train in various angles, grips, positions, and with light or heavy loads. Exercises include shoulder presses, rows, deadlifts, front squats, among many other movements.
The Warrior Landmine is made from durable powder-coated steel and comes with the necessary hardware to attach to our Titan series rigs and racks as well as other Get RXd racks/cages. The Warrior Landmine includes a screw-in pin for securing the barbell and reducing play. Fits standard 2” Olympic barbells.
