The Lat Pulley System replaces the need for an expensive and over-sized lat pulldown machine at the local globo gym for a fraction of the price and footprint!

Details

<0>Perform a variety of multi-joint and isolation movements such as lat pull downs and triceps extensions. Set up the pulley by wrapping the adjustment strap around a secure base then attach the auto-lock carabiner and pulley. Add plates to the loading pin and connect to pulley using the smaller carabiners. Hook bar attachment. Straight bar attachment included.
