1) When will my order ship?
We're estimating up to 10 business days for orders to ship. We are working hard to ship as fast as possible and it is likely that it will ship sooner than estimated. If you have not received a tracking number on your order and it has been 2 weeks since you placed your order, please follow up with us.
2) I emailed my sales rep or the general inbox (Sales@GetRXd.com) and have yet to receive a response?
We're currently experiencing a large volume of emails, please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
3) When will this item be back in stock?
Available ETAs are listed on this page (above). You can subscribe to receive an email notification once the product is available. See example below.
If an item does not have an ETA displayed, we currently do not have an estimate. We are working hard to coordinate with our manufacturing and will provide updates on our website as soon as they are available.
4) When will packages be back in stock?

5) How do I receive a military, first responder, law enforcement, etc discount?
We offer a 10% military, veteran and law enforcement/first responder discount! Note that promotional codes cannot be stacked, which means this code will not work with any item that is already on sale/promotion or non-GetRX'd items, and it cannot be combined with other discounts.
