Freestanding rigs require 2x extensions per ring muscle up station. Wall-mount rigs require 1x extension per ring muscle up station.

If you plan on attaching an A-Hanger to an extension piece (such as our 3' or 6' extension tubes), you'll need to attach a crossbar, pull-up bar, or elevation ramp attached to the opposite direction of the A-Hanger for stability.
